Answer to my own question: All data on this transformer is on Westinghouse FSCM NO. 97942 Dwg no. 155C657 Pulse Transformer source control drawing. Found this at WWW.NASDIGITALLIBRARY.AMC.FAA.GOV. Turns ratio is 1:30 +- 0.25.

I need specifications on this transformer, most particularly the turns ratio. I am a contract instructor for KeyBridge Technologies Inc., and author of Radar Systems for Technicians (copyright 1996) and Air Traffic Control Ground Radar Systems (Scitech Publications, copyright 2008). The information is necessary for classroom discussion of the modulator in the ASR-9 radar transmitter
