The 6810 is an old AMI product and was part of their 6800 microprocessor line - second source to Motorola. AMI is now On Semiconductor. Try them.

I am servicing some old equipment & suspect this device , an AMI S6810 128 * 8 static RAM which is an obsolete part.
I am unable to obtain a datashheet for it . Can anybody help ?
